A holistic shift toward more presence, devotion, and integrative care.

As this year draws to a close, I’ll be gradually phasing out standard one-hour bodywork sessions from my service offerings.

This decision wasn’t made lightly—it comes from a place of alignment, both for my clients’ growth and my own. Over time, I’ve noticed that the work I’m most called to do, and the work that creates the deepest transformation, requires more spaciousness. I’m being called to approach healing from a truly holistic angle—not just addressing individual symptoms or isolated areas of tension, but tending to the body as an interconnected whole.

True healing doesn’t like to be rushed. The body releases in layers—and it’s within that extra time that patterns unwind, the nervous system softens, and real integration begins.

Many of you have already made this shift with me—choosing longer, more immersive sessions—and the results have been profound. You’ve shared how much lighter, calmer, and more complete you feel afterward. You’ve noticed that the relief lasts longer, that your bodies hold the work more deeply, and that each session builds upon the last rather than simply offering temporary improvement. Watching these transformations unfold has reaffirmed that this is the direction my work is meant to go.

Hour sessions will still be available by request for those on my waitlist and for filling occasional schedule gaps, but they will no longer appear as a standard booking option. This allows me to honor my current clients with more focused, intentional work while making space for the next evolution of my practice.

Additionally, beginning in 2026, all new bookings will require a $50 non-refundable deposit at the time of scheduling. This deposit will be applied toward your session total and helps ensure mutual commitment to the time reserved—supporting both your ongoing wellness and my ability to offer consistent, high-quality care.

Clients with established recurring appointments will be exempt from the deposit policy as long as their regular schedule remains consistent. Deposits will apply only to new or irregular clients booking single or occasional appointments. Additionally, when booking multiple sessions at once, a separate deposit will be required for each appointment reserved. This ensures fairness and accountability for all scheduled time blocks.

My current cancellation policy will remain in place, and please note that deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of a reschedule. This policy is designed to keep clients held to their commitment and devotion to their care, as well as to keep things fair and balanced throughout my practice. In the case of illness, emergency, or inclement weather, deposits may be applied toward a future appointment at my discretion.

Because my booking system automatically collects deposits for all sessions, you’ll notice a $50 charge at checkout even if you’re redeeming a gift certificate. Don’t worry—that amount will be refunded to you once your appointment is fulfilled and your gift certificate is redeemed.

There will not be any price increases in the new year. My intention isn’t to make my work less accessible—it’s to make it more meaningful and effective. These refinements are part of a continued effort to create the best possible experience for each client: one rooted in presence, care, and completion rather than compression and hurry.

This transition reflects the same philosophy I hold for life itself:

Healing happens in the pauses.

Growth happens in the space we make for it.

Thank you, as always, for your understanding, support, and willingness to evolve alongside me. I’m honored to continue walking this path of embodiment and transformation with you—all within arm’s reach.
